"Human rights refer to the "basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled."[1] Examples of rights and freedoms which are often thought of as human rights include civil and political rights, such as the right to life and liberty, freedom of expression, and equality before the law; and social, cultural and economic rights, including the right to participate in culture, the right to food, the right to work, and the right to education."

One hundred people will have one hundred (or even more i bet) kinds of explainations of the concept - "Human rights", and I seriously doubt how many of them could correctly refer "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)" in their explainations.

It seems for some people, if you don't express your deep concern about the human rights condition in somewhere on the earth once a while in your conversation, you'll be seriously considered as a "non-civilized" human being.

As an ordinary people, i think, what we should try to do is, concern what we should concern and shut up when we should shut up. Because when you published some irresponsible comments, then you should be responsible for the good or bad results since they came from your mouth (This could be explained way clearer and simpler with old Chinese sayings but i guess this way is more understandable for most of the "civilized" people who've been governing in a better way which they like very much). Most possibly, you'll ask what the word "should" here means exactly. Well, like the term "human rights", "one hundred people will have one hundred (or even more i bet) kinds of explainations";)

I'm starting right away my journey of "searching the real explaination of human rights"! Woo-hoo!! (Maybe i should start from Europe and the US? Oh man, I really don't know...maybe i should? 'Cuz apparently they're much more "civilized" and certainly their values, cultures and governance are superior!! Let's get this started and...wish me luck!)
